I feel that there is a need of a third buildd network that has no
connection with the experimental/unstable/testing/stable distros and
respects the following:
 - uploading packages for build in this network requires a
lower/shorter trust path (alioth like, imho, would suffice)
 - is unofficial (produced binaries are not published on official
mirrors such as ftp.ro.debian.org)
 - uses unstable sources and binaries for satisfacting dependencies
 - built packages are published in isolated spaces (package/collection
based - e.g.: a GNOME cvs packages' compilation) - this allows not to
have a poluted apt source for all the external buildd users nad does
not polute Debian official packages space
 - all building s done in chroots, of course (pbuilder and/or other
specific methods)
 - generates lintian, linda, piuparts reports accessible via web/mail reports
 - build machines are NOT less secure as the ones in the experimental
buildd (machine owners must be trusted)
 - all arches should be (preffereably) present in the buildd network;
extra ones are a plus (e.g.: armeb)

Subversion/BazaarNG/Monotone publishing is a plus (HCT like ;-)

After the debian contributor (DC) is confident in his package he can
ask for sponsorship and the package is published in Debian as
official.
