Thank you very much for your interest in your package in ubuntu. We are
currently in UpstreamVersionFreeze right now, so every package needs a UVF 
exception. I'm requesting one with this email.

Attached the diffstat and changelog for the new dnsmasq version. It is
a very focused updated, I think we should update it.
