Please set a mailing list for the universe-sponsors group

Getting cc'd on all the bugs that I'm *not* sponsoring is just annoying:
I'll happily look at the search within launchpad daily to see what I can
help out by sponsoring, but the email is a time waste: we're not all
going to sponsor all packages.

Having a mailing list set for the group [and not ubuntu-motu :)] will
stop lp spamming every member.
