[Bug 499890] [NEW] Where relevant transmission should use "unlimited" rather than "0"

Binary package hint: transmission

There are several places in the transmission interface where 0 implies
unlimited such as all the speed limiting settings. It would be nice if
these instances were replaced for greater clarity.
