If we move forward with this (*coughs* see #ubuntu-motu and following e-mails *coughs*), then this team should be a member of the ubuntu bug control team (ie. allowing them to set importance level, etc.). This would mean that the minimum requirements for joining the group would have to be heightened though to include the prerequisites of the ubuntu bug control team. However, I don't think that'll be a problem as it sounds like the perfect candidate for this team would already be (or should be) a member of the ubuntu bug control team.
