Question on copyright file

Hi!

I'm working on packaging "task" (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/378847) to contribute to Ubuntu and
eventually become a member of MOTU. I am part of the upstream project
contributing with man pages, bugfixes, specification of upcoming features.

While doing the copyright file I want to know how to include the information
in the right way:
Do I have to include the copyright information from the FSF that is present
in all the files associated to make, autoconf, etc. for building the
program. Or is it sufficient with the copyright information that is directly
related to the upstream project?
