MOTU Recipes

Hello everybody,

I started off https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Recipes which contains small
series of steps to guide inexperienced new contributors to learn basics
about the tools MOTUs use every day.

I'd like to keep them all concise and rather add more separate recipes
than creating one big super-recipe that tries to explain everything.

Please
      * read them
      * tell me what you think about them
      * tell new contributors who look for mentors to run through them
        before
      * add some more
