Dear all,

I am sending the questions again in plain text. (Thanks Toby for the remark
and apologies for any inconvenience).

I also add the questions below if this is more helpful!

Becoming a mentor:

1. Why did you decide to become a mentor?

2. What are the main qualifications you need in order to become a mentor?

3. What are your main responsibilities as a mentor?

4. Do you consider that through mentoring you share your knowledge and
expertise with members of Ubuntu community?

Solving development issues:

5. Can you recall of a critical issue faced during development and how this
has been solved?

For answering the following questions consider the issue you have recalled
in question 5.
If you didn't recall of any specific issue please answer the following
questions based on general issues and your experience so far.

6. Do you consider that previous experience on similar issues was important
for solving this problem?

7. Do you use narratives/stories for describing problems/bugs?

8. How important is the role of narratives in solving problems within the
community?

9. Do you believe that through problem solving developers of Ubuntu engage
in knowledge sharing? In particular, do you feel that through your
interaction with other members and developers of the community you gain
knowledge critical for solving problems and developing software?

10. How important do you consider knowledge sharing for developing Ubuntu?

Thank you,
Andria Karaolia
