Not directly related to the bug, but as a workaround, I was able to
"import" music by copying it into the location of the media library and
re-analyse it.

Bug description:
  After upgrading to Ubuntu 17.04 my banshee works as expected but crashes on importing new files.
  All extensions have been disabled, no change. A clean run on a new user behaves the same. Console output attached.
