[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1384387] [NEW] smuxi notifications are duplicated, multiplied in Messaging Menu

Public bug reported:

In IRC highlighted notifications, the Messaging Menu is updated from
gnome frontend of smuxi. At the first notification, the menu gets one
item with correct info. At second, there are two identical notifications
with the second's details.

At nineth, there are nine identical lines with the nineth's  details in
the Messaging Menu.
