Status in “youtranslate” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Translations don't work (Bug 747773), and it is dead upstream. I
  verified that it doesn't work locally. This is an Ubuntu-only package
  with no rdeps that can definitely be removed safely.
