[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1293401] [NEW] Tomboy shows milliseconds in time tag in new notes

When creating a new note, the time tag shows, for example:

"Note from 2014-03-17 09:06:23.410

Describe your new note here."

This seems like a somewhat excessive accuracy for the average user...
