How can I help more? The bug still affects me every time I try to
synchronize locally my notes. Tomboy 1.12.0 on Ubuntu 12.10 amd64 (fresh
install - full updated - no customizations)

Bug description:
After setting up a local directory to sync with, Tomboy will sync the
current arrangement of notes, but any further attempt to sync fails,
as the settings for where to sync aren't preserved. Reproduced on two
machines running 12.10
