  Mono projects with Web references won't compile

Status in “monodevelop” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: monodevelop

  I am trying to create a makefile for my project which uses a Web reference (source code available at https://code.launchpad.net/~idwdevteam/cloud/main), and when I configure and run 'make' I get the following error:
