[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1070664] [NEW] Tomboy doesn't preserve sync settings

Public bug reported:

After setting up a local directory to sync with, Tomboy will sync the
current arrangement of notes, but any further attempt to sync fails, as
the settings for where to sync aren't preserved. Reproduced on two
machines running 12.10
