  [Quantal B2] [Regression] Tomboy cannot sync to UbuntuOne anymore

Status in “tomboy” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Used to work before, but since Quantal Beta2, Tomboy cannot sync to
  UbuntuOne anymore.

  Symptoms are the following :

  - Every attempt to synchronize results in a dialog "Acquiring sync
  lock" that stays for a while, then a message that the sync failed.
  "Details" show completely empty.

  - Going to "Preferences / Synchronization" displays (see attached
  capture) a dialog in which most fields are greyed out and cannot be
  changed, while the thing pretends to be "connected", which is probably
  not the case, as sync always fails.

  => Got this on 2 different machines, so confirming the bug
  immediately.
