[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1082572] [NEW] Remove autopano-sift from repository

Public bug reported:

Please remove autopano-sift from the Ubuntu repository, at least for
Raring. It is dead upstream (the homepage doesn't even resolve anymore),
and it has been superceded by autopano-sift-c, which was requested in
Bug 323836 but then determined obsolete as well.
