[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 970335] [NEW] Bring back "Downloaded" sorting option for podcasts

Public bug reported:

In previous versions of Banshee I could sort/limit my podcast episodes
by those which are downloaded. This was extremely convenient especially
when trying to manage portable music players.

This feature is no gone in the latest Banshee.

Please bring it back :)
