[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 961680] [NEW] New note window (when clicking "Create New Note" from indicator icon) sometimes doesn't take focus

Public bug reported:

Sometimes after clicking "Create New Note" from the Tomboy indicator
icon, the new note window that appears doesn't have focus.

This might simply be an issue with Compiz's "Focus Prevention Level"
setting (which I have set to the default of "Low").
