Confirmed for version 2.41 (bundled with Precise).

This behavior happens when gapless playback is on, so, as temporary
workaround, disable this function.

  I play an album on Banshee, but anormously, banshee keep repeating the
  track, but repeat option is turned off.

  I expected banshee to stop playing at the end of the last track.
