Thanks for reporting this issue.

When installing monobristol version 0.60.3-1ubuntu2 on Ubuntu Quantal,
it does not add a menu item.

Bug description:
  When you install monobristol, it does not create a menu entry.  The
  package contains no .desktop file, so it has to be create by hand.
