Title:
Renaming or deleting a file from the playlist confuses Banshee

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
If you have an item in a playlist and you rename or delete the
corresponding file from the filesystem, Banshee stops cycling through
the playlist when it reaches the item whose file no longer exists.
However, if you then click on the *next* item in the playlist, Banshee
puts the green "play" arrow next to the previous (now missing) item.
It also reports the missing item's metadata to other services like
last.fm. It does however play the correct item.

  An example:

Say my playlist contains the following items:

  > The Beatles - Something
The Beatles - Baby You're a Rich Man
     Metallica - Nothing Else Matters

While "Something" is playing, I delete the file corresponding to "Baby
You're a Rich Man". When Banshee reaches the end of "Something", it
tries to play "Baby You're a Rich Man" and fails because the file no
  longer exists.

I notice that playback has ceased and go to look at Banshee. I double
click on "Nothing Else Matters" in order to carry on from there.
  Banshee now shows:

     The Beatles - Something
  > The Beatles - Baby You're a Rich Man
     Metallica - Nothing Else Matters

but it is actually playing "Nothing Else Matters"! "Baby You're a Rich
Man" is reported to last.fm also.
