In case of more info... The problem is of versions of Mono. Mindtouch needs version 2.10 
http://developer.mindtouch.com/en/kb/MindTouch_System_Requirements

But in Hardy (8.04) and Lucid (10.04) lastest versions of mono are 2.6 and 2.4 (yep, Hardy has a newer version than Lucid!!)

So, there is no bug, just a problem of versions.
