[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1034511] [NEW] OpenBVE can not connect to the add-ons repository (old URL hardcoded)

Public bug reported:

When OpenBVE is opened and the "Get Add-ons" button is clicked, the
program displays the message "Can not connect to server".

That happens because the main programmer left the project and abandoned
the trainsimframework.org domain that was used to host the addons
repository. Its new location is now railsimroutes.net.

The hardcoded URLs should be changed to prevent the error message from
being displayed and to allow add-ons to be downloaded correctly.
