[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1033077] [NEW] Wishlist: docky should support Desktop Actions

As like seen in unity launcher quicklists. It would extend the
usefulness of docky considerably

As a compare "Plank" does support Actions from it's r. click on plank
icon (actually auto uses any in place for unity whether in a
ubuntu(unity) session or any other session like gnome-shell, ect.
