[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 1032688] [NEW] Can no longer download purchased music from the Amazon store

As of the Amazon cloud player update a few days ago, the option to
download full albums is missing and I can not download single songs
either. Selecting one or more songs and hitting the download button, I
get an authorization dialog, but nothing happens after that.
