I can't reproduce this bug, in Tomboy version 1.8.0-1ubuntu1.1.1 in
Oneiric neither of the dependencies are required.

Title:
  Tomboy shouldn't require ubuntuone-client and libsyncdaemon

Status in “tomboy” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Removing ubuntuone-client and libsyncdaemon-1.0-1 shouldn't force me
  to remove tomboy.

  ==Context==
  I am a happy Tomboy user but do not use UbuntuOne sync services and would like to uninstall those services.

  ==Expected behavior==
  As such, I should be able to remove ubuntuone*, and just keep using tomboy without the sync feature.

  ==Actual behavior==
  Currently in oneiric beta2, removing ubuntuone* also removes tomboy.
