This is a good suggestions, but I think gnome-rdp has served it's
purpose. I think the people doing remmina are building a better app with
more modern API's than were available when gnome-rdp was written. I'm
not actively developing features for it at this point.

  Opinion

Bug description:
  Actually more of a feature request. FreeRDP (freerdp.sf.net) seems to
  develop much quicker and is more feature complete than rdesktop. Could
  you switch to it? RemoteFX amongst other things is in development and
  has code in git now. rdesktop seems to be near dead concerning
  development.
