  New Playlists Freezes Banshee Interface

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  After making a new playlist (not a smart list), the interface of
  banshee freezes, still can listen to music and play/pause using media
  keys but interface won't change with key strokes or mouse, time
  continues moving but can't look at different lists, podcasts, etc...
  Restarting banshee fixes the issues
