  progress jumps back when scrolling through audio file with mouse wheel

Bug description:
  Listening to a .ogg file of about an hour duration (a recording of a
  UDS session) scrolling through using the mouse wheel. it goes to about
  3/4 of the way through then scrolling gets unreliable and it leaps
  back to the start.
