Title:
Clicking "Banshee" in the Sound Menu doesn't always bring Banshee to
  the foreground

Status in Unity:
  New
Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

When Banshee is running, but not as the foreground application,
clicking on "Banshee" in the Sound Menu doesn't always bring it to the
foreground as it should. This seems to start happening when playing a
song in Banshee, but persists even when the song is paused.

  To re-enact:
  1. Start an application (say Firefox) and maximize the window. Start Banshee.
  2. Click on Firefox to make it the active window again.
  3. Click the Sound Menu and click on "Banshee". Notice how it is brought to the foreground and made the active window.
  4. Now start playing a song, then click on Firefox again.
  5. Repeat Step 3. Banshee doesn't come to the foreground. Instead, the Banshee icon in the Unity launcher "shivers".
