[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 780655] [NEW] Banshee will not start

Banshee  Version 2.0.0-2Ubuntu.1
>From the GUI if an attempt to run is made nothing at all happens (no crash or Banshee displayed), but it you run in the terminal you get the following :-

 at Mono.Addins.Serialization.BinaryXmlReader.Skip () <0x00068>
  at Mono.Addins.Serialization.BinaryXmlReader.Skip () <0x00068>
  at Mono.Addins.Serialization.BinaryXmlReader.Skip () <0x00068>
  at Mono.Addins.Serialization.BinaryXmlReader.Skip () <0x00068>

this just loops until you hit ctl+c to stop the execution any idea on
how to fix this error ?
