Title:
Store rating without storing playcount in media file

Status in Banshee Music Player:

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

Currently, Banshee provides me with an option to store both ratings
and playcounts in the media file.

I'd like these to be separate options. This way I can share ratings
between computers by using a file sync service like Ubuntu One,
without triggering a media file to be re-uploaded every time it is
  played.
