I am very sorry for not having kept track of this bug. I am not being
affected by it anymore since I upgraded to stable Natty. Thanks anyway!

  After the power cord of my Thinkpad T43 is pulled off, playback stops
  within a couple of seconds and Banshee stops responding, ultimately
