Please try installing libmono-addins0.2-cil and libmono-addins-
gui0.2-cil from oneiric, ie version 0.6.1-1, available at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/all/libmono-addins0.2-cil/download
and http://packages.ubuntu.com/oneiric/all/libmono-addins-
gui0.2-cil/download, and see if that fixes the bug.

This is 64bit machine, and I get the same result using the universe
package and the 0.8.2 version from the f-spot team PPA.
