To reproduce:
1) Open Tomboy
2) Check in Preferences what is the keyboard shortcut to open the notes menu (or any other shortcut - everything doesn't work)
3) Try to press this shortcut
What should happen?
Shortcut works - menu is opened.
What really happens?
Nothing.

Title:
Global shortcuts doesn't work
Status in “tomboy” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Since (I think) the launch of ubuntu indicators - and the move of Tomboy icon to that place - I noticed that hitting F12 to open the notes dropdown or alt+F12 to create a new note is not working anymore.
I've seen this bug in an Ubuntu 11.04 fresh install and also in Linux Mint 11 - based on Ubuntu 11.04.
Tried using compiz bindings to shortcuts to run "tomboy --new-note" or
"tomboy --search" but they doesn't work as the global shortcuts
offered by Tomboy.
Please, take a look at that, since it cuts a lot of usability and ease
of use of Tomboy.
