Mmmmm its a MTU problem, but it only affects to .Net libflickr so in my
case and any others it solved changing the MTU to 1200. That's the
command for those that don't know how to do:
sudo ip link set mtu 1200 dev wlan0
changing wlan0 with your network device
enjoy!!

Title:
Attempt to export to flickr results in error message "POST size too
large. Try something smaller, mmkay?"
Status in “f-spot” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Binary package hint: f-spot
I've been using f-spot for years to upload reduced-size photos to
flickr, but lately I have almost always gotten the message "POST size
too large. Try something smaller, mmkay?" whenever I try to upload any
number of photos. Last night I was able to upload 2 photos but then
the next batch I tried failed. I'm certain that the post size is not
actually too large, because it happens even when I attempt to upload a
photo of 100kb. I am able to upload using Shotwell or the Flickr web
interface. It would be great if I could again use f-spot for this
purpose. Thanks.
