  seek bar doesnt work in music players

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

  I've tried banshee, rhythmbox, movie player.  so possibly a gstreamer
  issue?  none of the seek bars in these applications work or let me
  grab the bar and slide it when something is playing.
