It's part of the Sound Menu specification. Basically, once you stop playback of
music in Banshee and close the window, it will quit. Otherwise it'll continue
playing in the background.

  affects ubuntu/banshee
  status invalid

Title:
  Cannot close banshee

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

The menu contains no 'quit' option, so I have no way to close banshee.
If I close the window I am told it's still running in the sound menu,
and that I need to click 'quit' from the menu to close it.
