The upstream bug only mentions playing a radio station, but the
underlying problem affected everything related to playlists parsing,
including exporting a playlist to a file.

  Binary package hint: banshee

  Attempting to export either a .pls or a .m3u playlist in banshee leads
  to error message:

  Could not export playlist:
  Exception has been thrown by the target of a invocation.

  I enter the save dialog, enter the name and choose the export type,
  and hit the save button: then the error occurs.
