[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 716771] [NEW] Syntax highlighing colours are unreadable

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: monodevelop

The Ambiance theme (which I think is the Ubuntu default) appears to
clash with the MonoDevelop syntax tips. The background colour used for
tips in Ubuntu by default is black, MonoDevelop shows the current
argument of the highlighted syntax in a very dark blue. The contrast
difference is too low to be able to read the text.

It's easy to work around by changing the colour scheme (either in
MonoDevelop or for the desktop), but I think it's something that should
work out-of-the-box. I don't think there's a specific setting for colour
of the current argument in MonoDevelop so it limits the choice of
backgrounds on tips to lighter colours.

I'm using version 2.4+dfsg-3ubuntu2 (monodevelop).
