Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tomboy

PROBLEM

If a special character such as "/" is in the title to a note, then
clicking on Tools -> Export to HTML opens up a "Destination for HTML
Export" dialog box, but clicking Save does nothing and offers no
feedback.

HOW TO REPRODUCE

1. Create a note with "/" in the title.
2. Try to export the note to HTML.
3. Change the note's title (or its filename in the dialog box).
4. Try again and note that it succeeds this time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Exporting to HTML will work, even for notes with odd characters in the
title. Failing that, Tomboy will give useful feedback and tell you how
to un-break things.
