Accepted banshee into maverick-proposed, the package will build now and
be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to
enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!

Bug description:
title was: banshee testsuite fails when banshee has never been run
before
On a fresh setup, when banshee has never been launched before, the test fails because of a dialog in banshee displaying a message "The folder content couldn't be displayed/operation not supported" (which looks like a bug in banshee btw)
