[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 711436] [NEW] equalizer preset add/remove buttons and listbox controls fail to appear

Binary package hint: banshee

If I go to banshee's view->equalizer .. the eq shows up, but the
controls around the presets are not visible until the mouse pointer
hovers over them. If the combo box is selected, the add/remove buttons
disappear again until hovered over.
