Though Banshee won't be in 12.04 anymore, this is still a valid
papercut. Because the definition of papercuts has changed, and now bugs
in featured commonly-used apps can also classify as papercuts.

Bug description:
  As title says, this extension is useful for everyone, and expecially
  for new users. It works perfect for me. I really don't understand the
  logic under the decision of disabling this extension by default, and
  enabling the BPM one instead..
