[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 829719] [NEW] missing dependency for f-spot in natty

Public bug reported:

In Kubuntu "Natty", f-spot is missing the dependency to gnome-icon-
theme. Without that package installed, f-spot will crash on startup.

Tested with a clean natty install under a new user account. Installing
gnome-icon-theme fixed the crash.
