Title:
MonoDevelop is missing a recommended package

Status in “monodevelop” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “monodevelop” package in Debian:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: monodevelop

MonoDevelop's C/C++ binding depends on exuberant-ctags in order to
build the code completion library for C/C++ projects. On Ubuntu Hardy,
this is not a required package, nor is it recommended. It should be
added to the recommended packages, or at least suggested packages.

  Ubuntu release: 8.04
  Package version: 1.0+dfsg-1ubuntu1
