Title:
banshee alway show stop button, even if media is local

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

When opening file with Banshee ("open location..."), only stop button
is present, while actualy it can pause it. Also, lots of servers
supports multidownload, so banshee must be able to pause media even if
it was opened from remote location.
