[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 768044] [NEW] banshee alway show stop button, even if media is local

Binary package hint: banshee

When opening file with Banshee ("open location..."), only stop button is
present, while actualy it can pause it. Also, lots of servers supports
multidownload, so banshee must be able to pause media even if it was
opened from remote location.
