Binary package hint: tomboy

When I start up tomboy, the indicator goes up.  When I close the main
tomboy window, the tomboy task continues to run (as evidenced by ps) and
the indicator remains in the top indicator area in Unity.  But the
indicator doesn't respond when I left- or right-click on it.

In fact, even some times when the main window is still up, the indicator
does not respond.
